I'm 17 years old and in my second year of culinary school at Central Nine Career Center. I'm graduating this year and plan on continuing my education at Ivy Tech Community College where I hope to earn my associate's degree in baking and pastry arts. 

Since November 2021 I've been working as a line cook at Our Table: American Bistro. I started making the flatbreads and salads and in July of 2022 started working under their executive pastry chef as well. 

Other than that I am the 8th of 9 children and in my senior year of high school. I've been homeschooled my whole life, and I spend my free time recipe developing, hanging out with my family, working with middle schoolers at my church, reading fiction, and playing piano, soccer, and volleyball.
